Those are all places previous winners have traveled!

Many winners extend their trip at their own expense. Some restrictions apply.  Read the race rules below.

The Ducky Wucky RIver Race is historically held on a Saturday in May on the Nashua River in Harvard, Mass.

As many as 10,000 rubber duckies or more may compete in the race, but it depends on how many ducks are sponsored (tickets sold).  No ducks are harmed in the race!  Specially trained duck wranglers round up every duck at the end of the race.  We set up booms at the finish line to direct the ducks into a funnel, so one at a time can finish the race.

You don't have to be present to win. (We are unable to make accommodations for public viewing of the race.  Ticket sales online and in-person close on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 5 p.m. There will be no ticket sales on the day of the race.)

The winners and race video and/or photos will be posted online after the race.)

The Ayer Rotary Club uses the net proceeds to support local charitable causes, such as food pantries, youth sports, scholarships, and aid to families in need.
